Roaming Photography for the ATXSciWri Galaxy Holiday Party

This event was a GALACTIC success! We brought the photo booth to the guests at this fun holiday party for the non-profit Austin Texas Science Communicators (also known as ATXSciWri)! 

Our roaming photo booth is perfect for capturing the full event. Instead of staying at the photo booth, our attendant roams the venue with a camera and gathers guests together for photos. 

The guests can send the photos to themselves straight from the tablet and share them right away! No more painfully waiting for a photographer to send you a gallery link. Plus, at the end of the night, the host immediately gets a download link to all of the photographs!

Courtney and Brian’s Texas Themed Rehearsal Dinner

We love a rehearsal dinner that has a personalized theme! Courtney and Brian’s late March rehearsal dinner was a Texas-sized celebration, and you can tell from the photos how much love was in the room.

We brought our roaming photo booth to the party so that Courtney and Brian could get great shots of their guests in action. After posing for a photo, guests are able to send the photos to themselves immediately through our tablet. Plus, the bride and groom get a full gallery of the photos at the end of the evening. 

From the heartfelt toasts to the dance party, Courtney and Brian’s rehearsal dinner was a lovefest. What better way is there to spend the night before your wedding? We love that they used their decor to celebrate their Texas roots, and the light-up sign of their last name was another glowing personal touch.

East Austin Bumble Pool Party

We STAN for any reason to celebrate ice cream.

Our team joined Bumble and East Austin Hotel for National Ice Cream Day and we celebrated the holiday the only way we know how: with an epic pool party. There was complimentary Halo Top ice cream, unique drinks, unlimited snacks (YAAASSS) and a live performance by Austin's very own DJ Mélat for the 250+ attendees. Bumble encourages their users to either bring their matches or mingle with other users to create a connection at the event!

We chose bright colors as the watermarked frame on the photos to match the colors of the Summer Series theme! Roaming photography is perfect for pool parties so guests can mix and mingle without feeling like they need to pose for every photo. The instant sharing option is ideal for events like these as well! Roaming photography + boat party

We get it, you probably can’t think of being on a boat without singing The Lonely Island’s “I’m on a boat” at the top of your lungs. Don’t worry, us either.

Our team brought roaming photography to Lake Austin for an acquisition boat party! The celebration was for the merger of Bulldog Solutions B2B marketing company and Hero Digital, an independent customer experience company. The party was organized for networking, getting to know teammates, and build camaraderie between each other. Food, drinks, and dog tags were provided by the company and the attendees were able to mix and mingle while catching one of Austin’s Summer sunsets!

Our client wanted to keep the shared images organic, so we opted out of any watermark or printed border on the photos. We had our photographer take photos of the party of the guests interacting and enjoying themselves, while celebrating new business opportunities! We had our roaming photographer at Horseshoe Bay’s newest event venue, Cap Rock Pavilion, for the venue’s first event ever. Our client wanted to have a professional photographer take pictures of their rehearsal dinner where their closest friends and family could celebrate before the big day! The ranch style rehearsal had a cohesive theme throughout the night! From the guest’s cowboy hats and boots, to the venue decor and meal, the vibe was apparent. The couple had a custom iron display with their initials monogrammed brand and that same brand was matermarked on their photos! Yee-haw, y’all.
