  • Kelsey is originally from Allen, Texas and has a degree in public relations from Texas State University. She founded Oh Happy Day Booth in 2015 and her goals from the beginning have been to build a great team of intelligent women, and change the way that people perceive professionals with physical disabilities. She began photographing weddings in 2011, but due to a progressive neurological disorder, she knew her photography career had a shelf life on it, so she developed OHD with the vision of delegating the physically demanding parts of the business to a really great team.

    A few of Kelsey’s favorite things are her dogs Milo and June, historical based films and series, being on vacation (but not traveling), late night chats, fresh pasta and Pedro Pascal.

  • As a native Austinite, Hailey has worked in the wedding and events industry for over a decade, getting her start in high school! She has extensive wedding planning, sales, and design experience. As our Sales and Marketing Director, Hailey can be counted on to seek and secure next level events that are sure to propel our client base and land amazing events that are sure to exceed expectations.

    A few ways to her heart are...
    - Rain while it's sunny and warm AKA liquid-sunshine rain
    - A not-so-sweet, expertly-shaken espresso martini
    - Her ever-growing china collection
    - Having the right type of glassware in her home for every cocktail
    - Self-care moments like a pedicure or a movie alone

  • Amy grew up in Round Rock and went to the University of North Texas. She is a talented photographer, and met Kelsey after eavesdropping during attendant interviews and leaned over between meetings to ask to apply. She’s been an invaluable part of the OHD family since 2020, and seen the company through its ups and downs. She has flexibly evolved from booth attendant to several roles at Pop & Drop including installer, then logistics coordinator, then sales coordinator, and now oversees our systems company-wide.

    When she’s not working you can find her spending time with family, especially going to the park with her young daughter Chloe and husband Dan. She loves a good iced coffee and her go to meal at a restaurant is the always-trusty chicken tender.
