Allan house set up tips
Thanks for including us at your Allan House event!
Historic homes, like Allan House, have special considerations when it comes to equipment set-up & power sources. To ensure a timely set up & issue-free service throughout your event, please keep these photo booth placements in mind when crafting your event floor plan.
Outdoor
There are several outdoor options for setting up at Allan House. Please keep in mind that all outdoor options incur a $75 outdoor fee as we will need to bring additional equipment related to an outdoor set up. All outdoor set ups will require loading dock access for load in and load out as our equipment cannot be rolled down the back alley and cannot be carried down the stairs from the main floor of the venue.
1 and 2: Against the loading dock gate/service entrance. Please note if this will impact load in/out for other vendors if you decide to go this route! Outlets in this area work for our booth.
3: Veranda. This option does not require loading dock access, as we can go through the front door, but the $75 outdoor fee will still apply as we will need additional equipment for outdoor set up.
4 and 5: Against the West wall of the courtyard. Outlets on this side of the courtyard are powerful enough for the booth. In other areas, the outlets are not powerful enough.
Indoor
Depending on the flow of your event, we suggest setting the booth indoors at Allan House on the main floor in the front or back parlors. If you choose an indoor set up on the main floor, we can load in through the front doors with no need for the loading dock access.
