Roaming Photography For Rachel and Garrison’s Wedding at Horseshoe Bay Resort Near Austin, Texas

Did you know that we offer roaming photography? That’s right, we can take our photo booth on the move!

With roaming photography, one of our attendants captures photos of your guests throughout your event. Instead of your guests going to the photo booth, the photo booth goes to them. After our attendant snaps a photo, your guests can instantly email it from the tablet to their phones and post it to social media!

Roaming photography is great for corporate events to increase guest engagement and brand visibility. However, Rachel and Garrison’s big day at Horseshoe Bay Resort near Austin, Texas shows how well it works for weddings too!

At weddings, we’ve found that guests love the ease of roaming photography, and they’re always excited to smile for a photo. Plus, you get amazing photos that show off your venue and your guests enjoying your wedding.

We love how candid roaming photography feels at weddings! It reminds us of when couples used to leave disposable cameras on tables so that guests could capture the wedding from their eyes. Seeing your wedding from your guest's perspective adds a really fresh element to event photography. Plus, you can see the photos instantly and relive the whole experience!

Rachel and Garrison’s wedding was perfect for roaming photography because the venue already offered a gorgeous backdrop for photos. We’re obsessed with all the floral details, like the hanging greenery and initial wreath.

Congrats to the happy couple! Want to book roaming photography for your next event? Contact us today.

Texas Oncology + Dell Match Play

We may not be mathematicians, but here’s an equation we can easily solve:

Empowered women + perfect weather + Dell Match Play = an inspiring event

We spent the afternoon at the Austin Country Club, working with the women of Texas Oncology. They sponsored the event, with their aim to empower women to live their best lives thinking about cancer prevention or living with cancer in a positive light. They provided food, beverages, and a lipstick station for ladies to put on their favorite color of lipstick before taking their photo with us in the photo booth. Snacks and makeup touch ups? Sign us up.

Texas Oncology was inspired by the Living Coral theme, and it allowed us to be creative with our floral designs at our photo booth! We tied in the Pantone Color of Year by creating the word “Living” out of carnations and roses that hung at the top of the backdrop. To make sure the floral installation stood out, we added a lavender backdrop and framed it with greenery to keep it feminine and fresh. Because the backdrop and women were our main focus for the photos, we wanted to keep the overlay simple with Texas Oncology’s logo and their hashtag for the event, #FightCancerLiveCoral.

We loved creating the floral installation for the Texas Oncology team and we’re so happy we could partake in such an encouraging project!

4 Valentine's Day backdrops you'll fall in love with

Valentine's Day is just around the corner! Whether you're planning a big party with all of your couple friends, a super casual Galentine's night out for all your girlfriends, an awesome photo booth backdrop can make a huge statement and add a ton of fun to your get together!

1. FLOWERS & STRIPES

Paper flowers and a classy black and white striped base make this backdrop the perfect Kate Spade inspired addition to your soiree!

2. LUXE LOUNGE WITH GIANT PAPER ROSES

Make the backdrop the center of attention at your party by adding a gorgeous love seat in front of it. Everyone will want to snuggle up for a cute photo with their sweetheart!

Our friends at Birch & Brass have a gorgeous pink settee that would be perfect for this setup!

3. LINEN & GREENERY

Take your backdrop from basic to ooh-la-la with some real greenery (eucalyptus is our favorite!) and some silk blooms from Michael's or Hobby Lobby. The best thing is, those flowers are reusable for other crafting projects after your party!

4. ROSE TAPESTRY

Want a great backdrop, but low on space? This rose tapestry is not only minimal, but also super romantic!

We hope these gave you some creative ideas for super unique backdrops for your party! If you're hosting an event, shoot us an email! We'd love to be a part of all the fun!
